I’ve generally had a fine experience with the clinical care here, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The front office staff could be warmer and more welcoming; check-in and check-out can feel rushed and impersonal. Additionally, at my most recent visit, Dr. Schneider did not come in to see me before the appointment ended, which was disappointing and left the visit feeling incomplete. Overall, the practice is okay, but better communication and a more customer-service-focused front office would go a long way.

Our family of 4 has gone here for years, but this morning I was told after being there for 25 mins that I needed a deep clean on my molars. They refused to clean the other teeth that were normal despite my appointment for a cleaning. Total waste of my time.

This was my initial visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by how how friendly and helpful the staff was to me. Tana, the hygienist, was careful and caring. I am glad I chose this dentist.

I've been going to Dr Schneider for 30 plus years. Regular routine care and cosmetic dental care. Would not trust anyone else for my dental care. I even travel from Baltimore, MD just for my dental care.

As always, my hygienist is fantastic and Dr. Schneider is a great dentist. He never pushes treatments on you, he takes a conservative approach to your care. Which I like.
