Granite Wellness Center

Physical therapy is great. Supportive services are awesome. Without scheduling weeks in advance however, it is often difficult to get in when it is needed such as being sick. I often will opt to go to Instacare if I need same day care for an illness.

First off I will say, theresa is awesome. She is always very friendly and pleasant and willing to give me insight. She even gave me some vitamins to try one time when I was pretty sick and beat down. That's where I messed up. I should have seen her instead of dr Francis. I went in because I have been noticing some symptoms that seems to be correlated with hormones. (Aka low t) the nurse is always awesome She's a sweetheart and does great. Dr Francis comes in and I just had some questions. But he was giving me this vibe like he didn't care to hear what I had to say. Acting very annoyed that he even had to see me. He would then go one multiple times to tell me that getting testosterone won't fix certain problems, which I believe I said at least 3 times "yeah Im aware, that's why I wanted to

I’ve called multiple times over the past few months, and I’ve never been able to get in for an office visit in a timely manner. The Granite Wellness Center has only been somewhat helpful to me for matters of routine things. I do love Theresa though! She is the saving grace.

This center is so friendly and helpful! I have had a great experience with the doctors here and I'm really picky with doctors. 😉 Heidi and Dana went the extra mile and a half to make sure my son had a good experience getting his blood drawn. They offer mental health counseling and physical therapy too. We're so blessed to be apart of this benefit as Granite employees. ☺

Originally I had posted a negative rating but wanted to post an update . Dr. I was much better this time around—thoughtful,good bedside manner and really helpful throughout my ordeal,had to get stitches and it went seamlessly. Also Sara is an awesome nurse always smiling with positive energy and very caring. I suppose everybody is entitled to a bad day, I think we are turning the corner with GWC. Thank you Sara and Dr. I keep up the great work over there.
