I was referred by our family dentist to have my son's wisdom teeth looked at. We showed up and was given a ton of paperwork to fill out and then waited forever to be seen. The dental assistant told us they are going to do a full mouth x ray. I asked if it was covered by my insurance since we were not sure if we were going to move forward with the procedure. She left and came back and said the consult and the x rays were both covered by my insurance. They quoted a very high amount after the "insurance discounts" that was over $3K. We did not move forward with them. I then received an invoice for $132 for the initial exam that I was told was covered. I called and they said it wasn't. Great doc and great team. Doctor Malik is highly skilled and experienced. He’s kind and explains what he is doing. Had to have 3 extractions and 3 implants. As pain free as that can be. The doc and the team were supportive both during process and healing. Worked with my dentist collaboratively to ensure I got the best care. I am 3 hrs away temporarily and still use them when needed. Highly recommend.
