Granite Pharmacy

Brett and Christian are great pharmacists. They are well supported by their pharmacy techs and staff. Everyone there always takes care of my family and I appreciate a local business in contrast to a big corporate pharmacy. Although, I will say, there have been times where getting one of my children's medication's was a challenge because it was on national backorder, so I did have to go to another unnamed pharmacy (but to be honest it was difficult for them to get the medication, too), so no big. I don't hold it against them.

We switched one of our kids prescriptions here and it was one of the best decisions we've made. Staff are always great and friendly. Prices are some of the best we've found in town. If you are shopping around for a new pharmacy, these guys are awesome!

We’ve been using Granite for nearly 14 years, but over the past two to three years, the quality of service has significantly declined. One of the pharmacists (C) has repeatedly been difficult to work with—pushing back on necessary prescriptions like Tamiflu, even questioning its effectiveness when I was simply asking where else in town I might be able to fill it for our medically complex child. We've also encountered invasive questions about medications that fall outside a pharmacist’s role, along with an overall unpleasant attitude during nearly every interaction over the past year. Unfortunately, this attitude hasn’t been limited to the pharmacist alone; other staff members have also come across as frustrating and insensitive. Fast, easy, and convenient! The people working the drive-thru always make me feel comfortable, and not like I'm a huge inconvenience.

I started using Granite Pharmacy over a year ago and have had all positive experiences. My prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. The staff communicates well with my doctors and are professional and friendly. I highly recommend Granite Pharmacy!
