⭐ 0/5 if I could If I could give zero stars, I would. The administration at Grandview Rehab is incredibly unorganized and unprofessional. They clearly need new leadership to manage this facility properly. The nurses and CNAs are wonderful, dedicated people, but they are consistently overworked and taken advantage of due to poor management. This facility has ongoing issues with safety protocols and has repeatedly been under investigation, including concerns regarding insurance practices. While the care staff are compassionate and hardworking, the administration undermines the quality of care through mismanagement. If you’re considering this facility, I would strongly caution you to research thoroughly before making a decision.

I really wonder if the staff there would let their parents be in the state they have left my father. I am deeply disappointed with the level of care provided at Grandview Rehabilitation. Patients are neglected and left in an unhygienic state for extended periods, showing a blatant disregard for their well-being. The facility's lack of integrity in patient care is concerning. Clothes have gone missing. Additionally, the mouse problem at the facility remains unresolved, further highlighting the neglect. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My grandmother had the pleasure of staying at Grandview over the summer and I am so happy she was. She was sent to Grandview after a hip replacement and stayed for two weeks. During her stay she had one on one physical therapy, every day of the week. Her physical therapist's were so patient and kind, always encouraging her. All of the staff were very attentive to her needs. She was able to get specialty meals made for her diet choices and always enjoyed every meal she got. I have nothing but the best to say about the staff at Grandview. Everyone who works here loves their job and it shows with the compassion and love they show to each and every resident. I am so thankful that Grandview was able to give my grandmother the care she needed and she came out stronger than ever!
