In December 2024 I had dentures made. 14 months later they still are not useable. I am finally giving up hope they can ever do anything about them

I just left the office after a long overdue deep cleaning. The Dr. Was extremely gentle and attentive to all my needs. Not only do they do great work, but they gave me and my wife a gift card! Thank you dental team!

Have been in this practice for years and the care has ALWAYS been excellent. A number of years ago, they discovered unexpectedly during a visit for a filling that I needed a crown and she just did the most beautiful work, not only on the temporary crown that she now had to do, but in the placement of the permanent as well. Years later and I've never had an issue, its held up wonderfully. Her care and advice have always been outstanding as has the entire office. Would recommend her without hesitation.

The office staff is AWFUL. After waiting more than 5 weeks to get a broken tooth repaired, I arrived 8 minutes late and Dr. Hallinan had "already left for breakfast." BONNIE, the office person, then stated "they aren't going to sit around for hours waiting for you." When I said it was unbelievable that she would be gone already, Bonnie said, "we are not a practice that's going to jump through hoops for you." Bonnie then informed me they would not accept me as a patient if I thought it was so awful that my appointment was cancelled in less than 8 minutes. When I explained I was barely holding myself together due to a family members recent cancer diagnosis and pending surgery tomorrow, Bonnie simply pointed at the door to usher me out. At that point, I lost my temper, for which I am ashamed.

I've have been going this dentist office since I have mover to Spokane, mostly a great place really like the people that work there. My biggest problem is that it takes so long to have anything done there, I have been trying to get a parcel made it has been since April that they started they are.only openn for patients 3 days a week so you are waiting for a least 2.5 to 4 weeks out for the next appointment I had an appointment for today at 4pm went to the office and the office was closed they left a message the Dr. had a emergency at home. I'm not one of those that live on their phone so I didn't know they weren't open. Then they didn't come to the door or even answer the phone I knew they were There! NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!
