Took my mother there for an eye exam and eyeglasses. The optometrist who did the eye exam was very patient with my mother. Loved the place. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Wait time was 20 minutes. Doctor was helpful, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend Grand Vision Center. Thank you guys, you were great!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting GRAND VISION CENTER located on 1316 KINGS HIGHWAY in BROOKLYN, N.Y, 11229 for an eye examination and to get my new glasses. I must say that I am extremely impressed with the excellent service I received from their staff. From the moment I walked into the center, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The receptionist was very welcoming and efficient, ensuring that the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, making me feel at ease during my short wait. The eye examination itself was conducted by a highly skilled and knowledgeable optometrist, and I felt confident that I was in good hands throughout the entire examination. Very disappointing experience, especially for my first pair of glasses. The store sold me glasses without taking any measurements at all. When I returned because the glasses didn’t fit properly, I was told I only had 7 days for adjustments which was never clearly explained at the time of purchase. I was also told that they don’t take measurements and that the problem was simply that my face is “small.” That explanation is unacceptable—proper fitting and measurements are basic standards in an optical store. One of the sales associates stated ‘’they simply wasn’t adjusted at the time of pick up’’ and attempted to “fix” the issue by bending the ends of the frames excessively, to the point that they almost wrap around my ears and barely fit into the case anymore. Despite this extreme bendin
