No one is happy with the diagnosis of having to remove a tooth. GTOS and their caring knowledgeable staff were informative to me as what to expect. The sounds to expect, pressures, and “numbing” procedures were complete and easy to understand. This information created a calm and friendly process of a rather “stressful” procedure. Came here for two simple extractions of my top wisdom teeth. They said I’d be feeling okay within a few days, at most a week to heal. Within a few days, I started having severe jaw pain and swelling in my cheeks making it difficult to close my mouth. I called after about a week of this, they said it was normal and would go away, wait it out. A few more days and no change(2 weeks post-op), called and asked for a follow-up, was seen that day, but they said everything looks normal and my pain would go away soon, and prescribed an antibiotic despite saying I had no signs of infection. The surgeons here insisted I was clenching in my sleep, which I told them is unlikely since I can hardly close my jaw without pain/spasms, and also feel better when I wake up than later in the day. I got my wisdom teeth out here (all four at once), and the staff was very nice and helpful. When I needed help walking immediately after, they were right by me. They also gave good instructions and were transparent on how things were going to go.

Poor dental work my wife had an infection they never gave her antibiotics or did they give us a follow up doctor.
