My name is Steven Shuller I was here for 18 days my experience was comfortable enjoyable staff, nice room, tha food was ok, but the best part was therapist, they are very professional, the nursing staff help me alot. Priscilla was always attentive to me.

While I was initially impressed with the level of care my father received following his heart surgery, there were several concerning issues that significantly impacted our overall experience. I was under the impression that respiratory therapists were available 24/7. However, when my father required suctioning during the evening, the young male night shift therapist was not present in the hall or attending to patients. Instead, he was at the nurses station engaged in casual conversation with other staff. This lack of responsiveness was both disappointing and concerning. Additionally, I observed the male therapist and female staff frequently going in and out of the facility and spending time together in the parking lot during working hours. Christina Tijerina and my mother is a patient Minerva Obrien and she is receiving excellent care and therapy and I’m very happy to have brought my mother to this facility and Priscilla the skilled service coordinator has gone beyond her duty to make sure my mother is comfortable and happy and being taken care of well and same for me and I do recommend this place, and therapist are so handsome and strong, Antron is so nice and so handsome.
