HAPPY TO NEVER RETURN HERE!! For no reasoning nor explanation, Kristin E. Moore denied writing a mask exemption letter for my non-verbal autistic 7yr old son during the pandemic so he could travel internationally to visit his family. He would literally go into hysterics and choking sounds when trying to put a mask on him due to the sensitivity of his severe autism. Fortunately, I have a MD friend that was happy to write the letter which helped tremendously allowing my son to go through airport security and travel on the airplanes with no questions. Also, this practice tried forcing my autistic son to take 6 different vaccines, and they were not able to explain what substances are in these shots they were wanting to put into my son's system. This office has fallen off. We’ve been here for 11 years. We went to get immunizations this summer, and it took over an hour. Not an hour because they were busy, but an hour because they were all standing around laughing and talking- arms folded deep in a relaxed convo. I literally stuck my head out several times and finally reminded them of how long we were waiting. Conveniently, someone came right away for immunizations that took 2 minutes. As of recently, it has taken 3 weeks for them to fax a prescription permission slip to my daughter’s school for her EpiPen. I faxed it twice, and then I was told to email it. Weeks later, it’s still not there. This is absolutely ridiculous. Calling back within 24 hours??? A joke.

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. They obviously don't care about their part of the Hippocratic Oath of "Do no harm". They do NOT care one bit for the health of your child. We recently moved to the area and one of my children is a little behind with their vaccines due to a previous pediatrician shutting down their practice and it took a while for us to find a new pediatrician and get back on track. My oldest has had a history of reactions to some vaccines so we only do one vaccine at a time so if there is a reaction, we can easily find out what vaccine they have a reaction to. So, it has taken a little bit for us to get caught up. We still have several to get so we are "caught up". I'm so glad my sister-in-law recommended this facility. I'm a first time mom and that comes with a lot of worry, questions, confusion- you get it. But Dr. Moore is so patient, knowledgeable and makes you feel like you're not crazy! Lol. We have only seen her and PA Katelyn so far and they're both great. My son got sick for the first time recently and the on-call nurse was wonderful- called me back quickly, answered all my questions and the office was able to get us in for a sick visit the next morning. The front staff is always friendly. They've got a great team here. Thank you GSPAM for taking good care of my little man!
