I went over as a walk-in. The patient and kind team was able to help me, a new hearing aid user, clean and change the filter and earpiece. Yay! Thanks everyone so much. They simplified what felt, to me, complex.
I’ve had several hearing tests through the years in several locations/states for somewhat unique hearing loss. This site was the first to truly understand and provide proper support. I’m glad I didn’t give up before seeing them.
I am having the best experience with Hearing Life as my hearing loss provider. I can’t say enough about the awesome customer service this office provides along with the expertise of their audiologist Kayte who is very knowledgeable, attentive and professional, listening to my issues and addressing them promptly. I would definitely recommend Hearing Life as your new or ongoing audio provider.
Everyone was very nice. Mandy did my hearing test and answered all my questions. Explained my medical concerns.
