Grand Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center

They don't even deserve a one-star This nursing home is absolutely disgusting and unfit for anyone, especially those with dementia. My father suffered from neglect, over-medication, weight loss, no AC in 100-degree heat, and even rats in his room. The administrator Lorraine Gonzalez and social worker Shailene Montilla were completely unresponsive and uncaring. My father passed away a month ago, and no one has reached out to even give us there condolences and also to give us an opportunity to go pick up his items no family should ever go through this.

If your loved ones are in this facility please take them OUT!!!!! They do not care about the patients . They are never on the floors with them. Please the comments are truere

They try, BUT it's a run down facility that needs lots of work. I had to tell them the button at the nurses station did not work. They put people that need rehab like myself from a hip replacement with some one with mental problems. Some rooms are connected so it's 4 men to a room all four use a bathroom that's 3.5' wide by 7' long (includes a sink & toilet). More then a few nurse do not or don't care to help the correct way. More interested in going home then finishing with a patient. Their are some dedicated people who do their job and love it. I understand they are under construction and changing for the better, but it couldn't come fast enough. The food for the patients is excellent (most of the time). Since this is the only facility I've been to I have nothing to put this against. The

Awful! My mom was there for two months and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. My mom got a urinary tract infection, the flu and the nurses couldn't keep her blood sugar under control, she's diabetic. The nurses have a bad attitude, were negligent beyond belief and the place always stinks. I had trouble even getting ice and water for mom in there. Do your loved one a favor and find a different place, trust. I had to get mom out of there. Horrible experience.

Lost all of my friends belongings. Documents, ear pods, clothing, personal care items books etc. Yelled at her for trying to get water. Took away her food tray after a few bites. She asked for a pen, the response was NO. No nurses/doctors on staff. I called REPEATEDLY for almost an hour. Nobody answered the phone. SHE CALLED 911 on herself to get back to the hospital. THANKFULLY! Not once did they check her vitals. DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM. Call 911 and have them taken back to the hospital.
