Grand Hotel

We stayed at the Grand over the holiday season. We awoke to our neighbors alarm going off at 3 in the morning. Their alarm would continue for another hour before we left. We contacted front desk, but all they did was knock on their door and leave since the person was clearly passed out and never responded. The paper thin walls are an obvious issue. We talked to the front desk and they said they would bring up this experience to hotel management in hopes of resolution. A month later and we still have not heard back. We were never compensated for that terrible experience, they could've switched us rooms, offered a discount on something, or comped our stay. Nothing was offered as it appears GH does not care about their customers experiences. I will not be staying at the GH again.

Great place to host am event if your guests can afford the prices.

Very nice hotel in downtown Spokane with great customer service and the best showerhead you will ever find in a hotel. I’m serious. We will go back just because of the showerhead.

Nice hotel for a small town. Overall great experience. I believe this is a 4 star hotel which meets all requirements for that rating. Staff is very friendly. There’s a valet parking . Rooms are nice and big. I’d suggest to add a minibar (that can bring 20-30% profit gain and some convenience to your guests)

This hotel has been my go-to hotel in Spokane. However, they are still lacking a pool and hot tub. There have been some changes over the last few years with new management, menu & staff changes. I was no particular fond of these changes. I developed a relationship with managers, bartenders, and front staff due to my frequent stays. I missed the level of customer service and recognitions I received. It was one of the big reasons I chose to stay here. It is starting to improve a little since changes. I'm thrilled they have gone back to Seafood and Steak at Table 13 (thank goodness). I never liked the Taco & Tequila concept. It still is one of the better hotel bars in the area with a pretty decent whiskey selection (used to be better ). I hope things continue to improve. Locatio
