I've been going to this office for many years and let me just tell you, they are by far the absolute best! I've never had a bad experience and LOVE the atmosphere, staff, and how well they execute procedures. I have chronic dry mouth and am constantly having to get work done and they've always taken care of me with meticulous care. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. Anytime I hear someone talk about a dental horror story, I tell them to seek out this clinic because I've yet to have an issue in ANY of my procedures/post procedures!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this office. During my visit, I noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke on Dr.Sitz breath and hands while he was performing my dental inspection. This made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene and professionalism in a clinical setting. I also felt pressured during discussions about treatment decisions. In my experience, my preferences were not fully respected, and the communication style felt dismissive and overly persuasive rather than supportive. As a patient, I value clear information and the ability to make informed choices without feeling pressured. Both of the dentists and the staff are kind and compassionate. I had a broken wisdom tooth. Dr Leslie extracted the tooth. No pain during the extraction, and no pain following the extraction! Very pleased with the care provided! Highly recommend them for your dental needs!

Such a different atmosphere since Dr Kennedy retired. My family has been using GBD for years. Even after Dr Kennedy retired and the clinic was rebranded. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out, which went fine as far as the procedure itself. But the attitudes of her caregivers in the back away from me (which she informed me of after) have me looking for a new dentist. I’ve also had issues with billing, receiving my very first bill via email that stated 90 days past due when I have not once received a call, email, or paper statement regarding said bill. I had no idea I owed anything because I paid such a large amount out of pocket, together with insurance for said procedure. GBDS is convenient if you live in Grand Bay. But for my family, with the overall “change”, we won’t return.
