This place is a disgrace IaM a disable person they do not work with me in my hearing they get mad at me not my fault I cannot hear the staff hit me they are rough when it comes to bed baths n cleaning me up I sit here hours on end to be clean up they blame me for not calling them when I need to be clean with is a lie n when I try to tell them what all I need they do not listen n press the call light waiting n waiting I cannot help I cannot hear n they do not work with me on my meds also I need to see them before they put them into the pill cup n see on the thing that they are mine them bring into the room already into the cup can be anyone meds n they can be anything given to me this place is not a good place n IaM supposed to have PT I have not talk to no PT since I have been here I have

My mom has been there for 3 years and receives excellent care. The activities director and her staff are the best. Always warm friendly and caring. I visit 3 or 4 times a week and my mom is always in good hands.

I wish you could give them negative stars. This place mistreated my dad in so many ways. First they left a gush on the side of his mouth while shaving him and did not even bother to call me and tell me. They left him unattended in a wheelchair after his shower and he had to figure out how to come inside and put himself on the bed. My dad had a stroke almost 3 weeks ago so it's hard to function on the left side. There are so much more to wite about this place. So please do not send your love ones here.

My Mom received great care while living here. She was well taken care of and as happy as she could be. Kudos to the staff for their dedication. Thank you all

This is the type of person you employ maybe you should look at that like this is disgusting and unacceptable. No wonder you have such a low rating.
