STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ---- This place deserves a -0- rating I am owed a few apologies from Kristen Jackson (Cherrington) , Dr. Mark Deyoung his nurse Katie , they have very loose lips that sink ships and love to talk about patients behind there backs. ( I didn't give her any permission to discuss my health issues with anyone else i havnt even seen her she came back from being laid off from covid and she wants to talk to other about me in 2025 WTH is wrong with the medical group ? Violation of hippa law . Very disappointed with Kristen J.Jackson . I had alot of faith in her followed her from Cottage in Galesburg .I remember her telling me to trust her, I've learned a valuable lesson not to . Im so sorry I trusted you and respected you so much BIG MISTAKE ! .

Through the first few visits I was very impressed but the last few have been bad. First I had to wait over 30 minutes after the time my appointment was scheduled for each of the last 2 times. My doctor in in Galesburg only on Friday’s but twice in the past 2 months I’ve called on Friday and he and his nurse had taken the day off. Today he was not only off, but I wasn’t allowed to leave a message for him. I was simply told to try again Monday. Update:after 3 attempts I finally spoke to the nurse who said she would look into and call back later that day or the next, when I followed up the next day I was told the nurse and doctor were on vacation for 2 weeks. Back to OSF I go

The clinic itself was fine but I thought the point of going to a urgent care type place was to get answers sooner. They did xrays right there (on a Thursday morning) here I am almost closing time on Friday with no answers. Now I will have to wait until Monday. I find it hard to believe nobody can read a simple xray and give me the results in 2 days. I don't think I will go back there. I will stay with OSF.

I was given the best care ever! I say choose Graham Medical Center for your medical needs. And the X-ray machine is amazing and up to date alot better than the one at OSF and now maybe I can get results from my leg injury. Thank You all again for being kind when I was in so much PAIN!

I've been at Graham Medical Group 3 times. The entire staff were helpful and knowledgeable. There diagnoses each time were spot on and the treatment given was effective.
