My significant other has an infection just kind of show up in his knee. He went septic. And the nurses and doctors have been absolutely wonderful. ESPECIALLY the nurses on med/surg. We’ve had a very positive experience. From the ER to surgery to med/surg. Even the cafeteria and housekeeping staff. We appreciate yall ❤️ Thank you for everything

Worst patient care for an emergency ever. Highly do NOT recommend for anyone in mental health crisis, they leave you alone unattended for hours, no food or water, no nurse checking on you. Do NOT recommend for any emergency needs for that exact reason as well.

To Whom It May Concern, Someone (a team) needs to take responsibility and make meaningful changes to improve this emergency room. For the people in this community, it’s beyond frustrating—it’s heartbreaking. The lack of compassion and professionalism displayed by this facility is both embarrassing and unacceptable. It reflects poorly on everyone involved when misinformation is given, especially when it's outside your scope or completely inaccurate. If you don’t have an answer, just say so. Be honest, be upfront, and stop pretending to know more than you do. Patients deserve transparency, not false reassurance or mixed messages. And Dr. Bernard—though I doubt you’ll take this to heart—your condescending tone toward patients is appalling. You should be deeply ashamed of the way you speak to

I got sent here for a mental health crisis. I ran in front of traffic. I went to the bathroom for a few minutes because I was scared and a male staff member walked in told me to get out and called me an attention seeker.

Canton graham hospitals ER department is full of lazy people. The last time I went there I was stuck there for 5+ hours just in the waiting room and when they took me back I heard one of the nurses said “I’m not taking patients back that look perfectly fine” as there was a pregnant girl on the floor in the waiting room bawling in pain. I went there today and they had door dash come there 3 times and didn’t take any patients back besides one that got there after me and instantly took her back. This hospital is a joke and the ER department is crappy and lazy.
