This facility brought me back to life. Once you get used to how things went it went pretty smoothly. The nursing care is very good and the therapy worked wonders. Everyone was very responsive. I came in very much unable to walk even and the PT and OT helped get me moving again.

Grafton Oaks is a great facility. The nursing staff is very knowledgeable and caring. The therapist are caring and motivating to get the patients back to their prior level of functioning.
