Graff Foot, Ankle and Wound Care

I went to Gaff because I had Plantar Fasciitis. The first Dr. I saw Gave me a shot in my heel and after a couple of days I was good to go. I ended up getting the same issue with my other foot, so I went in again but the Dr. I saw was no longer there. The second Dr. Told me that I didn't have Plantar Fasciitis even after explaining that I had the same exact symptoms. he didn't listen and gave me a shot in the side of my foot. That didn't help at all. I went in again and asked him to give me a shot like the last Dr. He did , and I was fine after a few days. He mentioned orthotics might help me, so I went ahead with it since my insurance covered 100%. They told me that I would have to put down a $150 deposit no matter what. I did that and left. Beware of Graf Foot & Ankle; this establishment is running a deceptive practice in the medical field. This marks the third time I've encountered issues with their billing. Despite providing all necessary information and my insurance details, they consistently downplay costs, claiming it’s just a standard visit fee. However, upon arriving for appointments, unexpected charges appear under the pretense of "needed" services. They exploit your situation, knowing you feel compelled to pay, resulting in what starts as a $60 visit ballooning to $160 or more. To make matters worse, the foot I had treated is now bruised, forcing me to schedule another appointment with a specialist. Buyer beware. Initial appointments were good. However, staff told me to buy inserts for my shoes, that they would be covered by insurance since I met my deductible already. The following year, I received a bill for a few hundred dollars for the inserts that were worthless anyway. I wore them for less than 30 minutes. Inserts from Walmart were better than these. I called staff and told them my concerns, and they told me it would be taken care of. Another few months later I revived a call from Graff telling me to pay for the worthless inserts I was told would be covered by insurance. They blamed the insurance company and disregard all their previous promises.

Very happy with my visit today. Every staff member that I came in contact with was pleasant and professional. I was seen at my appointment time without much of a wait at all. Great attention to my condition and Dr. Kyprios was thorough and efficient. Pleased with my decision to seek care at this practice.

The day I visited was the first day at their new location. Even though there were still some new building issues everyone was great. all the chairs were full waiting for appointments. Staff was very courteous and apologetic for some short delays. Receptionist was very kind and kept us updated. She was vey good at managing all that was going and smiling through it all. I can’t remember her name -but want all to know she is a great asset and team member for Dr Kryprios.
