Anyone who knows me knows I’ve always had nothing but good things to say about Chickasha. I’m usually the first one to defend this town whenever I hear someone speak negatively about it. Yesterday I had a sudden health emergency and ended up at the emergency room at Grady Memorial Hospital where I had to undergo emergency surgery. What could have easily been one of the worst experiences of my life turned into something completely different because of the people there. From the moment I walked into the emergency room, the care I received from the nurses, the doctors, and even the people checking me in was nothing short of incredible. I took my daughter to the emergency room she is literally 2 years old cause she had a febrile seizure at 7 in the morning, VERY RUDE!! They brought her medicine in a cup and I told them she will not take the medicine like that and they all rude “How would you like me to for it to her then?” VERY RUDE! They kicked her dad out for telling the doctor the lady was rude and did not do anything bout it. We found out my daughter had Covid and when we got discharged they said “good get them out of here” I said are you absolutely serious? Then I went to try and file a report they kicked us out called the cops on us for no reason all because I wanted to file a report! I do not recommend this hospital to anyone get transported to Duncan or Norman if you absolutely can cause this hospital is very mean

I have a lot of respect for the staff at GCH. I receive emergency care, surgical care, physicals and My Cancer treatment care. A first-class operation I am blessed to have as my health care service. Thank You.

Er attendant is usually very rude. This is a hospital where they didn't judge every circumstance like a lawyers office. They are supposed to help and that is rarely the case. I have had some good experiences but hardly ever with the front attendant.

Kills there patience the ones the cant kill they screw over with bills being sent to collection agencies. Perfect place to go if you want to end you life one way or another. The people here are hateful, rude, and judgmental. Of o was bleeding out I would rather risk being rushed to the hospital in Oklahoma City than be taken here.
