First time here @ Grand Avenue Dental Studio as I was so amazed with the front desk help Carli made me feel so relaxed as I was kinda nervous but she welcomed me smiling and so friendly too! She lead me to the back to get an X-ray of my teeth and was so patient with me and had assured me how simple it was. Dr. Dillion came in few moments later, had introduced himself with a handshake stating his name and welcoming me here then he checked the X-ray of my broken tooth and had explained to me what my options were, I was so impressed of how he had explained thoroughly of my plans that I needed to fix my broken tooth; so simple and so easy! I had the BEST experience from the moment I checked in here! Jordyn at the front desk greeted me with a big sparkling smile and got me checked in with no wait or hesitation! Carli Sales was my Hygienist, she did PHENOMENAL work! Explained everything thoroughly and took the time to answer all my questions and ease my worries! Dr. Jamison was excellent! She also talked through everything, answered any questions, took time to get personable and I didn’t feel rushed or over looked! I was the topic and she stuck to the topic! Our family had an excellent experience at this dental office from start to finish. The customer service is truly top-notch—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The staff is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions without making you feel rushed. It’s obvious they genuinely care about their patients and the quality of care they provide. We felt comfortable, well-informed, and confident we were in great hands. I had an amazing experience at Grand Avenue Dental Studio. I completed 10 sessions of laser therapy for my TMJ, and the improvement has been incredible. Before starting treatment, my jaw was constantly sore and tight, but now it feels so much more relaxed and comfortable. The team was professional, gentle, and really took the time to make sure I understood the process. I’m so thankful for the relief I’ve gotten and would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with TMJ pain.

Our whole family has been patients of GADS for about ten years now! Dr. Revels is an exceptional dentist. She is caring, conscientious, and very knowledgeable.
