My dad has been living at Parkview in Allen for the last 3 years following mom’s death. Four months ago, he had a feeding tube inserted…nothing could be taken orally. Grace to the rescue. On short notice, they pulled all of their people in for a training from Medicare (had to be certified). At first they were connecting him up first thing in the morning, crushing and giving him his meds, and stopping by throughout the day to assisting with potty breaks and trips to play Bingo. Then, every evening, they would move him to the bedroom and situate him for the night. These people were so wonderful and kind. He now can disconnect and reconnect on his own…but Grace still sets him up in the morning and gives him his meds and tucks him in at night. They even trouble shoot the pump on occasio

Words can’t express how thankful I am for Grace In Home Health. My 90yr old mother has been declining, and they have helped me with her care all of the way. They are all amazing, caring, and eager to help and please. They not only help my mom but offer me guidance and support. I rest easily at night knowing she’s well taken care of.

My mother had Alzheimers for 10 years and my father eventually needed to live in an independent living facility the last 5 years of his life - we had experience with numerous facilities. But, moving my father to a facility that employed the services of Grace Home Health was truly a blessing for my father and my family. Claudia and her team were the most helpful, reliable, caring people we could ever ask for. They went above and beyond, sometimes coming to check on my father on their days off. In addition to the excellent care they gave him, they also won over his total respect and trust. Knowing he was in their care gave me a huge sense of relief, along with their constant communication with the family. My mom was cared for by Grace Home Health for almost two years. During that time she gradually declined and needed more care which was compassionately provided by Grace’s “angels”. They even accompanied her to the er and back again when I was out of town. They kept me updated on her along with guiding me in how to handle certain situations. I would not have been able to keep my sanity without them! Grace was a true lifeline for not only my mom, but also for me.
