I formally need express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with the experience my baby and I had during our recent visit to your office. This was my second negative experience at your facility, and I feel it is important to bring these issues to your attention. From the moment we arrived, we were not greeted or acknowledged by the receptionist. The lack of welcome or basic courtesy immediately set an uncomfortable tone for the visit. When the medical assistant took my baby's vitals, she did not measure his head correctly. This became even more concerning when the doctor later struggled to determine the correct head circumference as well. I have received excellent and professional treatment here. The doctors are caring and highly competent. They know how to analyze your needs and help you with preventative care. They listen and take the time to care. All the staff is excellent, and Tiffany Kaufman is especially great.

I’ve been seen and cared for at Grace Family Health for quite some time now and I have always left very pleased. The providers are always very caring and concerned . They always listen to the patient (me) and never rush through the consultation. My main provider at Grace is Tracy Dyer. I’m so happy with her. She is genuinely caring and all ears for my concerns.
