Grace and Grit is the best workout in town. I love the classes, they are challenging and fun. The class instructors take the time to get to know you and your goals, and provide quality instruction. I have learned so much about strength training, and gained a ton of confidence in the weight room. The community at Grace and Grit is welcoming, fun, and supportive. Gym equipment is top quality and the space is always clean. Coach Janine runs an amazing gym, locally owned and operated. Love it! Game changer for my overall health and fitness.

Just finished my two week free trial and I signed up for a membership! I was nervous as I’m not in the best shape but she was so great. I really enjoy it and know I am going to see real results. I love the space, the trainers, and the owner Janine is awesome. As someone who worked as a trainer years ago I appreciate her focus on using proper form and engaging your core when lifting. I have some back issues and she is very understanding and is having me work slowly with little to no weight until I build up strength She doesn’t try and make you lift crazy amounts but will suggest it if she sees you are ready to go up. I have been really sore but in a good way! Class sizes are small. She caps them at 10 which I really like. So I highly recommend trying it out. At least do the two week free tr
