Best pharmacy in Baytown. Hometown feel, friendly customer service, fast turnaround, helpful, and caring. All my prescriptions come through this pharmacy! 😊

The staff are usually ok, but talking about patients when you think they can’t hear them is probably not the best practice. We understand coming in after you open puts a rush on things, but you literally charge the customer and their insurance, so you’re getting paid for a service. A little more decorum would be appreciated.

Been using this pharmacy for years. They are all pretty nice, I've never had any issues with them, they text you when your medicine is ready, and if you have refills that you may have forgotten, they'll shoot you a text saying how many prescriptions you have ready. They always have a good stock, so far, I've never had to wait for my medicine. Plus they have the coldest soda! 💜

Overall, the pharmacy had helpful staff, but the pharmacist's communication was unacceptably authoritarian and condescending. I often felt belittled, as if I had done something wrong. Her attitude needs to change for a better customer experience.
