What a shame this place is! The time changed a week ago and the clocks in every room and my grandma's watch have yet to be changed and the staff is starting around on their phones having conversations with each other! Everytime I'm here the staff is only talking with only each other. 4 times a resident has had to be pushed out of my grandma's room. She should not have to be almost physically pushing some other intrusive resident out of her room. If you value your loved one don't ever allow them to have to stay here! So happy I'm moving my grandma.

They finally brought my Mother into the ER after me calling Torrington PD and making a report with DFS. Charge Nurse Jessica stated she started showing UTI symptoms Sunday and that her oxygen went low. She could no longer feed herself. Jessica stated that they were "watching her for Sepsis" and still refused to take her to ER. Mom couldn't even speak. Finally today I received a bunch of phone calls from some VERY NERVOUS sounding Administrators, including Chico and Paula to set up meeting with Mom. Now she's in ER with pneumonia.

Every person we encountered today was so very nice and kind. They made my friend feel comfortable when she was so scared of her transition into the Care Center.

I walked in rang the bell multiple times walked up and down the hallways calling out hello and I never got an answer. Finally after about 5 minutes a janitor walk around the corner. Scary to think if someone was in need of help.
