Cowboy Clinic and Urgent Care

The staff is great! Amy and Matt are very compassionate, and take time to listen. They have the bedside manner I that I wish all medical providers would have.

I went to this new clinic for the first time today. I was very impressed. I got in right away. Everyone was so friendly. They asked questions, listened to my answers, and spent quite a bit of time to get to the root of my problem so he could better figure out what medication to give me. He even spent time explaining what medication he was putting me on, what it was for, how to take it, and why he thought it would be best. He also gave me a sample of one of the liquid meds at the office to make sure it wouldn't make me sick. And instead of setting me up with a follow up visit he said I could just call if things don't get better and he can figure out a new treatment plan over the phone. Overall that was an excellent first impression! My family and I will definitely be using this clinic!

Super disappointed in the care I received 1/22/2024 I was given no explanation of what is going on except allergies but given a hand full of medication to take that has nothing to do with allergies. They asked me what I wanted to be tested for and when I thought well has to be strep throat because the sore throat is excruciating and that test came back negative it was end of discussion. We have influenza, Covid, and strep throat running rampant thru town. I don’t miss 2 days of work because of allergies. From now on no matter how sick I am I will wait for Banner or drive to Scottsbluff.

The staff is great and they make you feel like you're the only patient they've had that day. The is clean and makes you feel welcome.

Amazing. I walked in at about 10am and was seeing Matt by 10:20, without an appointment. I generally wait 30-45 minutes to see someone at other places, WITH an appointment. Matt took the time to listen to me, and ask questions. I never felt rushed or unimportant. Friendly staff. Thanks Cowboy Clinic, for filling a much needed gap in medical care in Torrington.
