Dr. Gornet and his staff are completely amazing. He replaced L3 and L4 did fusion on Ls 51im going on 6 months recovery and I feel amazing. He completely explained in detail what his plan was. Before surgery after the procedure he was there one million percent. Even after hours him and his team was ALWAYS there. I would not want anyone but Dr.. Gornet working on me. Bottom line that man completely changed my life in a way I never thought I'd be able to do things like I use to. There are not enough thank yous that could be given to him. I apologize for this short novel and forgive me if I sound like some minister. Dr. Gornet hands down gave me my life back on August 20th of this year. I had a L5-S1 disc replacement and I just made my 6 week follow up drive without any pain or having to stop every 45 minutes. My story is too long for a review but my family has heard me say this many times since I’ve been a patient of Dr. Gornets;there is not a better orthopedic surgeon in America and possibly not a better human being. Your visit with this man is like sitting down and talking with your best friend. Never once have I felt like I was being rushed or not heard. Dr. Gornet and his staff are exceptional professionals. I was en route to the surgery center for a C3-C7 replacement procedure and experienced some self-doubt, even suggesting to my husband that we return home. Ultimately, I decided to proceed with the planned surgery. This proved to be the best decision I have ever made. Upon waking in recovery, all my previous symptoms had resolved. The recovery process has been remarkably smooth, and I would not hesitate to undergo this procedure again. Dr Gornet and his staff were amazing throughout my entire treatment. He truly cares about his people. My surgery day the surgery center staff was very patient with me and helped calm my nerves. His anastesialogist was amazing. I love how they were with me. And it touched my heart when Dr Gornet came to my bed held my hand and said a prayer right before walking to the surgical room.
