If I could put 0 stars I would . Honestly this last experience and seeing how she spoke to her staff made me very uncomfortable. She ignores them in front of the patient as they try to ask questions about our medicine . I have never heard about having to call to request a medicine that was sent from the emergency room . This should be done automatically. Staff changes weekly and I don’t think at this point it is the staff , this pharmacy is outdated and it’s time for Ms Goodman to retire. No one uses paper scripts anymore . I will be reporting the abuse towards the employees.

If I could put zero stars I would. I just switched to them and worst mistake ever. The owner Ms. Goodman when I very first spoke to her on the phone a few weeks ago was very nice. But today when I spoke to her on the phone it was all a whole different story. My children’s father was in there to pick up their medicines which they told him they would have them ready by the time he got back. But before all this I spoke to another lady on the phone to give her one of my kids insurance info since we just switched to them and when I gave her all the info she told me that was everything they needed she asked for a BIN number which my son’s card doesn’t have on it. I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for almost 10 years now I’ve never had any issues with them until as of recently for about 5 months now. New staff are young and unprofessional almost rude even at times. I recently moved away but still kept my medication at this place so I started using the delivery service. Their delivery service sucks because I never get all my medication and always had to visit the pharmacy to pick up the rest of my medication so now I’ve resorted to just not using delivery anymore. When I call in for refills I used to get a call notifications that it was ready but not anymore. If I call and get put on hold they always forget you’re on the line and eventually hang up on you and play it off as they don’t know who put you on hold when it’s the same person who picks up wh

They just left me without medicine for a cold that's kept me out of work two days. The prescription was sent at about 3PM, why they couldn't have it ready at 7 bewilders me. Going back to work without my prescription tomorrow. It's also not the first time this happens. One time they called and said my prescription was ready and made me wait nearly 40 minutes. Then it was the wrong prescription and I had to go the other day again. Such a shame since I prefer to support local but i guess I'd rather take a walk to not deal with the nonsense.

They’re a wonderful staff until you actually need something, my prescriptions were sent over and most of it denied ( I am a type 2 diabetic I need a lot of supplies ), and they said it was because of the insurance company. I call the insurance company, and they let me know it’s actually Goodman Pharmacy who didn’t process it correctly. When I reached back out to Goodman they want me to do all the leg work and try to have my insurance company call them to walk them through ( as if they’ll actually call ). That’s ridiculous, I had to go a weekend without my supplies. This pharmacy used to be great but now it sucks! STAY AWAY
