I had the most wonderful first visit today at Goodman Dermatology. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was kind and welcoming. Lamonte, the care coordinator at the front desk, was especially patient with me as I resolved an issue I was having uploading my documents. Raquel Ludwig, PA spent so much time on my body scan and explained everything clearly to me. Raquel never made me feel foolish with any of the questions I asked as well. I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the visit. I even booked a consultation at their other location in Roswell to have a laser treatment before I left. I can't wait! It's rare to find a practice where every interaction is this positive, I left smiling, a great way to start my day. I couldn't recommend Goodman Dermatology enough.

I had an incredible experience with Raquel, PA-C, during my full-body skin exam today. From the moment she walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and cared for. She was extremely thorough, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and took the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly professional and genuinely warm, but Raquel is exactly that. Her attention to detail and calm, reassuring approach made what could’ve been an overwhelming appointment feel effortless. I left feeling informed, confident, and truly cared for. Highly recommend Raquel Ludwig at Goodman Dermatology! Both my teenagers see her for acne and she makes them feel completely comfortable, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, she gets results. And they have the best front desk staff who are professional and values your time! Great experience!!

10/10 experience! I definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for some help with hormonal acne. Parking was free and easy. Parking is right in front of the office. Super clean office with wide range of music selections. The man at the front was very professional and understanding. I had called a few minutes prior to my appointment because I knew I would be late, due to traffic, and he was very understanding about it after I had gotten there. The check in process was smooth and easygoing. I had to fill out paperwork on the iPad, which took me about 25-30 minutes to fill out, no biggie.
