Dr. Lesniak offers direct primary care—promising personalized access for a monthly fee. In reality, he's a part-time doctor with limited support. His practice operates outside the insurance system, so you’ll often handle billing yourself. He doesn’t coordinate with specialists and can be dismissive if you seek one independently. There's no follow-up, poor continuity between visits, and I often had to repeat the same issues. I paid for access but ended up spending thousands more and managing my care alone. Overall, it was frustrating and not worth the cost.

It’s been great seeing Dr. Lesniak, there are huge advantages to direct primary care. With typical primary care you talk with a receptionist and wait days if not weeks to see your doctor. The responsiveness and availability has been phenomenal for Me.

Dr. Mike has an extremely small practice; so much so that he answers the phone himself, and keeps it in his pocket. The level of access is something I have never seen in any other medical practice. He has always responded to text or phone very quickly, and has even offered to make a house call when it might have been important. He will listen patiently without judgement for as long as needed, and encourages feedback and collaboration. I am astonished that this immediacy of care is available at any price.

Dr. Lesniak is incredible. He is knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for their patient as well as providing such outstanding personalized care. I highly recommend becoming his patient.

I was treated with respect and felt heard. Dr. Lesniak was courteous, attentive, and did not watch the clock. My appointment started on time and was not rushed.Dr Lesniak was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment! I would highly recommend!
