Good Shepherd pharmacy

I work with individuals with special needs, some complex. Good Shepherd always helps when it comes to “out of the ordinary” medical supply needs. And if they don’t have it they can get it within 24 hours! After being a repeat customer they started keeping some of the supplies we usually order on hand and today when we had a staffing miscommunication, Good Shepherd saved the day by having a stock ready for us. Very professional and helpful!

I’ve been going here for years. Fast friendly service and people . It’s fast and easy. If you don’t have a car they have free delivery.

I experienced significant dissatisfaction with this pharmacy's refusal to fulfill my legitimate prescription obtained through telehealth services. Their stance appeared to suggest a decision-making authority comparable to that of a qualified physician, despite their lack of such qualifications. Additionally, I was not contacted regarding their refusal; I only learned of it when I called to inquire about the availability of my medication, which I found to be extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time. Conversely, the alternative pharmacy I selected had no issues and prepared my prescription in less than an hour. I would advise caution to others utilizing telehealth services, as I cannot recommend this pharmacy based on my experience.

Ben is the best! He takes good care of my needs, all while dealing with some of my less than efficient doctors’ offices. I appreciate the great service.
