Front desk couldn’t bother to get off her phone and clarify which Rx I was picking up. When they realized I needed a different one than they had packaged, the pharmacist rolled their eyes at me and was visibly irritated. Perhaps if the front desk staff had been present and asked questions, this issue wouldn’t have happened. Needless to say, this place is not going to continue to get my business.
