Good Health Pharmacy at Reynolds Crossing

As other reviewers have indicated, the service is hit or miss. Just waited 10 minutes in line waiting to pick up my prescription to have a pharmacist hop in front of me for another customer. Get more registers to better help your customers upfront waiting in line. Pharmacists need their own register in the back rather than making paying customers wait even further.

This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Every staff person has been very attentive, helpful, personal and kind. I have never had to wait and they call me with any changes. I would never change because they treat me with such respect and courtesy. I’ve been with them for years.

Received Poor customer service today from Roseanne in the pharmacy department not sure what exactly I did wrong but she bagged my prescription and lightly threw it at me and smiled. I'm not sure if she was angry or happy but it made me feel uncomfortable when she threw it I thought I did something wrong. Oh well I will not be returning to this pharmacy or even the healthcare establishment which the pharmacy is located in.

They’ve been great every time I go, quick and easy experience and the staff are nice

Don’t go here. Bad customer service. They open at 8:30am. I was there at 8:30 and they were not. I came back at 8:45am. The door was still locked. The lady looked right at me trying to enter and turned away. I will never go here again.
