Was super excited to potentially come here for fertility acupuncture, but I was scheduled for a discovery call and they never called me. Then when I reached out to ask if the call was still happening, they just told me Tim was running behind and if I could meet at a different time. I found it unprofessional to A) stand up a prospective client B) make the client follow up instead of reaching out to me with a heads up that they can’t meet C) not even apologize for wasting my time. When I let them know I was frustrated and asked for other times, I just never heard back from them. All in all a pretty crummy experience. I hope they treat their paying clients better.
