Good Day Pharmacy

Good Day Pharmacy has been our family's go-to for more than a decade now. The staff is always pleasant (yes, even on the phone!) and unfailingly helpful. We look forward to our delivery driver Chuck's hearty welcome and are grateful for this service! Recently the Loveland staff worked with us to help all of our meds refill at the same time. WOW! We have the right meds on hand without any time lag. It is so much easier to keep track of things now.

The prices are good. I’m new to having a PPO insurance, switching from an HMO with Kaiser and going to their pharmacies to now having United PPO and choosing a separate pharmacy. Good day pharmacy just isn’t fun to work with. When I call to ask about my scripts that’s been sent over I’m on hold every time I call cause they’re to busy. They don’t call or text or do something to update me that my medication is requiring authorization, so it’s just sitting in processing while I’m confused to why only 2 of my 3 medications are ready. And when I get there to pick up my 2 out of 3 meds and ask why they say “it’s between the insurance and the doctor, we have nothing to do with the authorization”. Like thanks? I wasn’t blaming yall, I just need clarification and guidance. When I go in and pick up

This pharmacies is kind of a joke. My friend had his hip replaced. He told the pharmacy he was gonna be out for three weeks. She did not care to not write it down no nothing.. then they tried to deliver his medication’s anyway and expected them to be OK in a place where there’s lots of homeless people going by for three weeks. Then when he did get home, he told me he called the pharmacy and they refused to deliver it. He can’t drive for three months and these were medication‘s that if he didn’t have could’ve killed him. When my friend‘s mom called, they told her that my friend just waiting their time. If he would’ve died, I would’ve sued for as much as I would’ve could’ve.

I want to thank the entire staff at Good Day Pharmacy for being so kind. I went there for the first time yesterday to pick up a couple of prescriptions for my daughter, who has been going there for several years as she’s been battling breast cancer for quite a while. I found the entire staff to be extremely helpful, supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The store is spotless and well organized. I live in Las Vegas and only wish we had a pharmacy this good.

I've always had great experiences with the staff at this location. They are friendly, helpful, and patient whenever I have questions. The store itself is clean and well organized, and the parking lot is a good size with plenty of parking spaces. Recommended!
