Golden Valley Health Centers - Urgent Care

Sadik Malik is the worst physician I have ever seen, if you are assigned him switch immediately. Also, there is a I’m guessing it’s a nurse. I’m not really sure who this person is. His name is Juan, but he has the worst attitude ever. He very rudely and adamantly demanded that I go and get a paper print out of my MRI results. I don’t think this dude has ever read an MRI report because if he had he would know the MRI results or “findings” I guess they’re called on the disc. He he certainly thought he did though because he was giving me the worst attitude. I wish I had that kind of confidence, lol. Malik stated he would get me a referral to a hand specialist and an MRI for a dog bite and never did anything. Now refuses to even acknowledge the injury at ll even though I saw him right after it

I went to the Golden Valley Urgent Care seen Pahoua Xiong she took really good care of me and prescribed the best meds for next day I'm feeling better on my way to recovery thanks so much!!

They don't answer the phone. I’ve been trying to call to make an appointment on multiple different days and haven’t been able to get through to anyone.

Horrible phone service. Sadly follow up by providers is not the best. Hard to get appts in a timely manner. List keeps going.....

I went into urgent care on childs ave for what i thought was a uti because i had severe back pain. The dr that saw me ran a urine test and it came back normal, she still prescribed me antibiotics, even though i told her i have really bad kidneys, liver failure and lupus. All she did was punch on both my kidneys and send me home. Btw my pain tolerance is very very high and i was doubled up in pain, in tears the night before. I never go to the dr unless i feel its important. I felt like she didnt even care and was trying to rush out of the room by holding the door knob as i was asking her questions. I was the 2nd person to be seen that day as it just opened, and there was no one after me. The only nice thing to say was the front office staff were nice and helpful.
