I came in for a massage and was prepared to pay for the service. As soon as I was shown to the room, I was asked to make payment, which was fine. However, when it came time to sign the receipt, I was told that a $20 tip was required upfront before the massage would even begin. This was never mentioned beforehand, and as a first time customer, I found this approach very aggressive and uncomfortable. I had cash on me and fully intended to tip based on the quality of the service provided, but I was not given that opportunity. The therapist refused to start the massage unless I increased the tip immediately. Because I felt pressured and uncomfortable, I decided to cancel the service altogether. The space is spotless and relaxing, and the masseuse was both highly skilled and genuinely attentive — perfect pressure, great technique, and an easy sense of calm that made it effortless to unwind. I've had two incredible sessions here. The MTs are patient and thoughtful, and their technique is top-notch. The facility is clean and the staff is highly skilled. She was really able to work out those trouble spots, and I left feeling like a new man.

The staff is very professional. My lower back was in knots. The masseuse did a great job in focusing her hands on working out those knots. I've returned just to get an all over massage. She is great. Highly recommend.
