I don’t feel pretty anymore. I’ve been coming to Dr. Woll for 15+ years. But I will never come back. I had come in for something else but had a mole on my face that had changed color and shape for one day, so I took a photo of it just to keep for record. It looked normal every day before and after, but it had come across my mind during my appointment at the Montclair location, and I showed the image just for consultation and documentation. The nurse practitioner expressed the urgency to remove the mole and didn’t present other options, nor did she ask any follow up questions. Usually Dr. Woll documents moles by taking images, storing them under my profile, and seeing if any changes happen. But this nurse only really presented the option of removal, which may result in a minor scar. I menti

The receptionist on the phone was very nice and professional. When I arrived the entire staff were nice. Lesley was on time and is very smart in her assessment of my condition. She ordered bloodwork and provided some cream. Great experience. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

We’ve been going to Dr. Woll for nearly 30 years now, and she’s the best. The new office staff is pretty awesome as well. However, I would like to have a way to call the office directly in case I feel It’s urgent.
