Gold Leaf's facility is full of talented people whose care helped me go from decrepit and depressed to rejuvenated and vibrant. I went from barely able to function without pain to being able to dance again. As someone who values their physical ability for yoga and dance, not being able to had put me into a funk. The team helped get me out of it by both helping the physical body and being a warm, welcoming environment to heal in. I'm forever greatful for all of Gold Leaf's team for getting me dancing again post injury!

I love all the people at Gold Leaf Physical Therapy. From their receptionists to their therapists and manager, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They are literally the *best* PT clinic in Helena. Super thorough and patient focused. My PTs and I are a team.

I was seen quickly and received immediate care. Office Staff were polite and always competent. Physical Therapist was excellent. High level knowledge and compassionate. Assistants were always helpful when needed. My severe shoulder pain and injury improved quickly with care and I returned to an unexpected functional level. Needed to Utilize only half of the allotted sessions as improved so much. Avoided further medication, and no further medical or surgical necessary. I am very pleased. Thank you! 🙏

I have done PT quite a few times over the years at different places, and Gold Leaf is the best. I’ve found it to be a mixture of PT and massage therapy. They have used different techniques to help my extremely tight muscles and teach me exercises and things to try at home.

I have not had this type of overall top notch care at any other physical therapy facility! Last but not least, Gold Leaf's technology and equipment, such as their new ultrasound, is very impressive!
