I had rotator cuff surgery in May of 2025, and 8 weeks later, I had a full tear of my long head bicep in the same arm. The ladies at Gold Coast Physical Therapy were outstanding and treated me with professionalism, kindness, and a sense of humor. August 21 was my last day, and by then, I had full mobility in my arm. This was the worst experience ever, no one at the front desk to check you in and then an hour wait to see a therapist who doesn't take the time to address why your there, the therapist walks away and you have no direction of what to do next, I can't see how anyone can possibly improve under these circumstances, it's sad that people that actually need the help are put to the side because they either over schedule or just don't care about a patients well being, I will never go back to this office and if you need the therapy your better off going anywhere else but here, very unprofessional office.

I just finished a 3 months physical therapy treatment at this facility. Fantastic professionals that also have great people skills. It was very obvious to me that the entire staff enjoys helping patients. Shinequa, Patti, Jenelle, Adamaris, Alani ,Erin are a few of the professionals I am very thankful for their help.I recommend this facility without any reservation.

I was referred to Fysical after major back surgery in December 2023 where I met Paul in the admission process, and Barbara, physical therapists at such location. I needed to bring back full functionality of my left calf muscles and Achilles tendon which had suffered indirect injury from my back damage. I was assigned to Barbara for my appointments and we became a good therapist-patient team. Barbara was very instrumental in guiding me through my "up and downs" as I struggled with the notion of my injury. As days and weeks went on, with her care, encouragement, and physical exercise regime provided to me, a great to total portion of my functionality returned.
