False advertising, does not have staff for emergency services. They scammed me out of 400$. I'm filing a complaint with the dental board of california. I don't have the money to file a lawsuit. Avoid these people at all cost. Went in for an emergency on the weekend. The doctor kept telling me the tooth with the pain was the one next to the one i was telling him hurt. I had a terrible fever and they ignored my complaints. I ended up getting the beginning stages of sepsis and had to go to an actual emergency dentist. Horrible service. 0 stars. Shame on this company. I'm sorry for the people they mistreat. Check the comments of others too. Avoid avoid avoid.

Hard to find an emergency dentist on weekends. My son had terrible pain on Sunday evening and they were so nice they took him in within 10 mins and Dr Chow was so nice. Glad to leave a 5 star rating for this practice.

I was told my teeth were “broken” and that I need crowns on all of my back teeth. I have no sensitivity or any issues with my back teeth. I also scheduled a cleaning and was then told they didn’t have time to do a cleaning when I went. I have been trying to get in contact with them for over a month to get my x-rays so that I can use them at my new Dentist, since insurance only covers X-rays once a year. They will not return any of my calls even after leaving messages and the call center isn’t able to help me. Save yourself some stress and money by choosing another dentist.

I came here because I needed an emergency dentist on the weekend and I regret it so much. I had a filling done here. The dentist told me it was a very deep cavity and if I was still in pain I would need a root canal. I was never shown any pictures or x-rays. It was even more painful after my filling was done here, and worried I needed a root canal I got a second opinion. First of all, this place refused to share any of my records with the other dentist (sketchy!!!) when they explained the situation. So I had another full exam with x-rays done and the dentist showed me the pictures and x-rays showing the filling was not deep at all and nowhere near needing a root canal. But the filling was done incorrectly and had to be fixed. When it was fixed the pain went away. Proceed with caution, I

Dr. Loomis and the staff are the nicest most helpful!! Dr. Loomis is extremely gentle, knowledgeable and most of all honest and doesn't try and sell you stuff/ procedures you don't need. I've been to a dozen dentists in my life and he's hands down the BEST!! Highly recommend!!
