If I could give a rating of ∅ stars, I would. This establishment is awful. Within 2 weeks, my family has had 2 horrible incidences. One where my 3 year old niece was taken in for a check-up, and the doctor who looked at her was obviously too young to know anything. First of all, every time we go here, there's always someone new looking at her. There's absolutely no consistency. Kids need reassurance and stability... The doctor then proceeded to say my 3 year old niece was obese???! She is not!!! If you need to comment on a medical issue, especially on weight, excuse the child from the room! You don't know what damaging effects that could have on a child, especially if they start hearing that at a young age!!!! Also, my 4 month old niece was taken in because she had a horrible cough. I recently went there today, and was met with a rude doctor. The nurse taking us back was nice, but when with the doctor they completely dismissed my fainting, and debilitating pain. They told me my fainting was perfectly normal without running any test, and dismissed my menstrual problems. I had to argue to get a referral to see a specialist instead of a generalized child care practitioner. I'd rather wait 2 hours in the ER than come back here again.

The front office staff was nice. Wait times vary--one time we got in almost right away. The other 2 times had wait a while. What really upset me is lack of discernment on the doctor's part. We came to discuss medication options for my daughter (she was formally diagnosed with ASD and ADHD several years ago in Tampa). For some reason, the doctor questioned the diagnoses, brought up concerns with mental retardation, and ordered blood tests for several genetic conditions. All that after meeting with us for 15 minutes. My daughter has had 3 different IQ tests on several occasions at 5, 9, and 12 years old. All yielded similar results, and neither test was even close to scores indicative of intellectual disability. The worst part about our experience with Dr. Ramappa is that she is now convince

There is thick dust on the wall decorations and medical equipment in the exam rooms. There is a gash on the exam table with the contents pouring out. The child's chair in the exam room in directly in front of an uncovered, unprotected outlet. The office is filthy and dilapidated. I tried to overlook these things, but the doctor is not friendly and seems to have no compassion for kids. The nurses and front desk staff are nice, but that doesn't make up for all of the shortcomings.

Dr kandasamy is abusive....please do not have your child see this evil person...he imprinted his fingers on my 4 month childs face from forcefully administrating an oral vaccine..had no empathy about the situation after he saw how upset it made me..."can i help you out" was his response! All 3 of the MA's had to come rushing in to help him because i was loud asking him WHY did he do this to a BABY?! It took 3 of them to hold my 4 month old down to finish up the rest of the vaccines. As i was leaving one MA came out to the waiting room winked her eye and gave me my childs shot records. Obviously this goes on at this practice. Please be aware
