Gloversville Pharmacy

Have been using Gloversville pharmacy for almost 8 years now. Friendly staff,delivery available, excellent service. I hate corporate pharmacy and this business is the best!!!!!

Very nice people however it’s not my first choice pharmacy with the amount of time it takes to get a prescription or if it’s even available . I like to have my meds before I run out and when a script is called in from your doctor it take a minimum of 3 hours to days to get your script ready for pickup. I understand they are short staffed however with the location of the pharmacy it’s easy walking distance for many people so a large number of patients are to be expected as customers and also given the option for delivery.

I have lived in Gloversville,N.Y just over 4 years now and have experience with most of the pharmacies in the area. Gloversville Pharmacy is the only place that has not made me wait as much as a week longer than what was absolutely necessary so I could get prescriptions filled. There has been a few times where they got extremely busy and took about 30 to 45 minutes longer than initially expected, but they have never said a pick up time and kept me waiting an extra 5 or 6 hours. If they are busy, they are courteous so they will inform you that it may take a while for any prescription/s to be filled. The only times I have had to wait days since I started going through them for my prescriptions was when I was having problems with my insurance and that was in no way their fault. Honestly, it's

The employees are always nice to me and text to let me know when prescriptions are ready. If they are closed the day before they are due they will fill them anyhow. My only issue is that they promote delivery however when I need it they are always to busy or under staffed for the delivery service.

outstanding customer service. They are always friendly and go out of their way to help their clients. I live approximatey 15 miles away and was without a vehicle. They were kind enough to deliver my medication the same day. Kudos to the small town pharmacy. No big box store can beat their service.
