WellNow Urgent Care

I forgot my inhaler and was having a hard time breathing. I went in well now and the staff, specifically the front desk person, PA and I believe an MA were fantastic! They tended to me very quickly and after a nebulizer and prednisone I was good. And I was on my way in less than 45 minutes! Great experience for such a scary moment!

From the time I walked in the door to the time I left , I was amazed at the wonderful treatment I received!! From the desk receptionist to the tech that brought me in the room, took my vitals, & performed the eye exam,onto Dr Tyler, who came in to examine my eye! I have immense praise & gratitude for this WellCare office!! Thank you all for such an amazing,thorough, visit.. I tried giving a 10+ but today’s technology rejected it.. but here it is 10++++ EXCELLENT SERVICE!! PS & thanks for the FREE Coffee!!!

I had a great experience at WellNow Urgent Care. The facility was very clean and welcoming. The staff was kind, professional, and made everything go smoothly. I saw Dr. Robert French, and he was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make me feel comfortable and well cared for. I really appreciated his thoroughness and approach. I definitely feel confident coming here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Went here bc it was a Sunday morning and I was feeling a bit under the weather. I scheduled an appointment on line and got in right away. They accepted my insurance and I used a credit card for an affordable co-pay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The office is very nice and the environment comfortable. I was seen quickly and the staff had me in and out in less than 40 minutes. I will definitely go back.

Wellnow in Gloversville took such great care of us! My daughter had a bad cut and we were in and out in no time. Knowledgable, kind, curtious, professional, clean facility - everyone was on their game and it was a really positive experience. My daughter even got to enjoy a complimentary smoothie on the way out!
