Doctor Liebman and his physician assistant were wonderful . They took the time to discuss and explore my medical details in great depth. They were both warm, friendly, very informative and displayed a sense of humor. I left the appointment feeling relieved and reassured about my prognosis and thinking that I had just met an exceptional doctor.

Sometimes it can be difficult getting a timely appointment, but I am always treated with respect and care. Dr. T listens attentively to my concerns and addresses them right away.

Good Luck Getting an appointment. I had was told to call back regularly and ask if the October Schedule is out, and then I can make an appointment. After 3 weeks of constant calls to find out of the schedule was out... I call Wednesday and no October Schedule Available, I call Friday, and the October Schedule is full, and I need to start over calling repeatedly for a November Schedule. What an horrible process to get an appointment. If your not already a patient there don't waste your time.

It was a bit challenging to make an appointment because the wait time on the phone was very long and eventually I had to leave a callback number. I missed the callback and when I tried to call in again, it was another long wait and then it was after business hours. I eventually got through and made an appointment for much sooner than I had expected. Most Neurology places aren’t taking new patients until early next year, if at all, So I was very pleased at the availability. Despite the challenges to make the actual appointment, my 5-star review is driven by Andrea and her excellent customer service.
