Great staff. Professional, courteous, friendly. Clean facility. Not treated like a number and rushed out. MA and PA listened with understanding and asked questions. Lauren, PA and Michelle, I believe MA or possibly Nurse, have great bedside manner. I highly recommend this urgent care. Thank you for taking time to care for people in Pennington and surrounding areas.

We had such a great experience at this urgent care. At first we were told we might be waiting for an hour but we ended up getting seen after about 15 minutes. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in because my boyfriend was having some pressure in his ear and the doctor was so helpful and provided a treatment plan. Great urgent care location!!

very disappointed in this doctors office . i’ve been dealing with questions on medicine they prescribed me that is causing side effects and i was ensured to receive a phone call 2 days ago and still haven’t . i ended up going to the ER and will be going somewhere else due to lack of communication and no accuracy on patient symptoms/information .i called for a follow up on my test results and was giving a entire different patients name which i believe is a HIPPA violation. i highly recommend to check out the lawrence / princeton area for better care . pennington disappointed tremendously .

Great care! The front office staff were friendly and very helpful. The PA and the X-ray technician were truly excellent. Everyone was great at their jobs.

If I could give this place a zero I would. When I called up for an appointment the receptionist was nasty. I asked her if I could make an appointment or walk in. She was incredibly unhelpful. So I decided to walk in because I had a bad splinter in my foot. I walk in and she checked me in. I paid online during checkin, but declined to save my card on their file. The rep then just demanded I give them payment after I paid and I informed her I already submitted payment. I told her I was not comfortable adding my card to their portal because I would most likely never be back. She informed me it was a requirement for all patients to have a card on file. I asked then what happens when someone pays cash? She informed me that they did not accept cash. As far as I am aware, NJ requires businesses t
