Glo Deep Tissue Bodywork

I had a deep tissue massage with Gloria today; wow - she is good! I have some right hamstring tightness that needed a bit of work - this post an ultra race over the weekend. Feeling sore but so much better. I highly recommend Gloria.

Gloria is a great massage therapist. She finds the right sore muscles and works through them to loosen up and release tension. I recommend her to anyone in need of deep tissue massage.

Today I had my first massage at Massage Elite with Gloria. Location is close to Carlsbad Village. Place was warm friendly and clean relaxed stress free atmosphere. Gloria is very professional and engaged with you about what she is doing. I felt very comfortable and relaxed while she was working on my shoulder. I felt relief as soon as she was done. Two weeks ago I had a massage with Gloria, she was a miracle worker! I could not move my head to the right Without being in excruciating pain. In just one hour she was able to release some of the tension and I had much more mobility. I returned today,and after driving for six hours She stayed late and worked me into her schedule. She is very knowledgeable and has a nice touch.
