Extremely rude, insulting, demeaning staff. I’m fully insured and threatened to charge me for things my insurance covered. Told me they’re not allowed to rescheduled appointments. They prance around calling themselves “doctors” when in reality they’re dentists. Worst dentist I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a lot. Would never recommend to anyone, in fact I think they should close down business.

Staff very kind and accommodating. First visit had tooth pulled, dentist was very efficient. Second visit was for cleaning, Tech and Tech assistant very nice and efficient. I will be back and I tell everyone that needs a dentist that this is a wonderful place.

I scheduled for a first visit for myself and my wife. I was due, so got xrays and a cleaning, which was fine. My wife was early for her appointment, and had xrays from another dentist from 6 months ago, so refused getting another set of xrays. They indicated that they needed xrays to work on her, so she offered to have them emailed right away. This was only 5 minutes into her actual appointment time. Still, the dentist refused her service, and told her she had to reschedule. I tried to ask them to explain why she couldn't proceed with her cleaning, but they wouldn't clarify. I wish the staff would've gave us notice so that both of us would be adequately prepared for our appointment and not waste our time.

I had not been to a dentist for several years and had many issues to address. My first appointment I got X rays and a cleaning that was 8 years over due. The staff and tech/dentist were friendly and did an excellent job. I was given great care and followed up for a root canal. Dr. Pham is the ONLY dentist who has given me numbing shots that I hardly felt. It was amazing to go thru a root canal and not suffer piercing pain. The procedure was done excellently and I also got a few cavities addressed while the area was numbed (despite other reviews these were cavities that were pointed out during first appointment and were real). The dentists and techs were awesome and professional. They understood my apprehension and anxiety. Due to the great work they have done I fully intend on returning
