Glidewell Labs

Beware, all dental collogues. Catastrophic quality control issues and unacceptable delays. I lost thousands in revenue due to months long delays and ill fitting cases.

I have been utilizing Glidewell lab for many years now. I feel they are consistent in their handling of cases etc and have been fair.

I want to caution all Dentists and other entities before working with Glidewell Labs as I'm currently having a very negative experience with them. I went to my local dentist to get new crows for my front teeth on June 16th. My dentist then sent over all information to Glidewell Labs. We received the first attempt of my new crowns on July 22nd, but the shade was off. From here the working experience with Glidewell degrades a lot. On August 6th my dentist received the new crowns but they were missing the abutments so the lab had to resend the crowns with all pieces. These arrived at the end of August, and I went to my dentist today to get them installed and we found the shade match was still off. This is now the 3rd time I think we've had to send my crowns back to Glidewell and I'm hoping we

If I could give a negative rating, I would! Terrible work on a partial/flipper for my front tooth #9. I had a broken post/crown extracted and a bone graft done on 3/28/25. The flipper had to be sent back 3x, with the final one I received being just 'acceptable'. Even with digital scans and the tray molds, they were not able to get the length right. 4 partials were made. Such a waste of my time. I am an instructor, and lecture frequently in front of crowds. I've had to keep wearing a mask because of a missing front tooth. Not sure if its incompetence, or just plain disregard with the patients/dentists recommendations and requirements. Either way, not quality work. And living in Hawaii means I had to wait 3-4wks to receive a partial...only to find 3 partials were the exact same length!!! Onl

The absolute worst denture lab I’ve work with. They can’t get a partial case right for 4-5 months now.
